All credit card transactions requested on our site are transferred securely to Paypal and handled by Paypal servers and services, and fall under Paypal's Privacy Policy and Legal Agreements. B&O Trail is in no way responsible for any errors, omissions, false charges or incorrect charge amounts that occur, as all transactions are transferred to Paypal, and only the results reported back to our site.

From time to time, we may use visitor information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
