On Wednesday afternoon, October 8, 2025 at 4:00pm we held a ceremonial ribbon-cutting on the newest section of trail to open up.  We gathered at Chapel Rock Church in their parking lot to celebrate the long-awaited closing-the-gap on the B&O Trail which now connects Speedway to Brownsburg.  To view a recorded video of this event, check out our Facebook page.

Chapel Rock is located at 2020 North Girls School Road and is officially allowing trail users to use their parking lot to access the trail. Additional amenities are planned for this new trailhead that sits on church property but is connected to the trail.
