How You Can Help

The B&O Trail will only be possible as a community effort where everyone's efforts are needed and valued.

If you are not a volunteer but would like to help bring this linear park to fruition, please call our Volunteer Chair Joshua Brewster at 317-507-7861.

If you would like to become a member, please go to and print out our online membership form, fill it in, and mail it in to one of the addresses provided on the form. Individuals can join for as little as $20 or bring the whole family along for $30. Individuals and families can upgrade to Caboose for as little as $100 and receive recognition in our TrailTalk newsletter.

Businesses and organizations can come aboard starting at $100. At the Caboose level ($100 or more) businesses and organizations enjoy TrailTalk recognition throughout the year and one All Aboard section trip. The All Aboard section allows partners to display a short paragraph about their business or organization that reaches over 7,500 TrailTalk readers. And higher partnership levels receive more prominence in the TrailTalk recognition section on the map page. So move to the Big Print area and make a bold statement.

Caboose partners can choose to have their logo included on one B&O event brochure and T-shirt. Box Car partners ($250) and up receive the added benefit of having their logo displayed at both B&O events (annual bike ride and annual run/walk). Higher contributor levels enjoy greater awards. And all Caboose Partners and above are prominently listed on our Partners web pages, with links to their web sites when available.
